Very lovely item! However, I’m not too happy with the top plate that always gets stuck, causing an awful mess, a little inconvenient.Otherwise it is a nice item.

This is my first incense burner, and I can honestly find no faults with it. It works as intended and does not get hot at all with large charcoal disks.

It's a Beautiful piece it would be better a little bigger
