I've never had a humidifier for sleeping and I have to say that it's very effective. In particular, this humidifier is perfect: it is refilled very easily, it generates humility with hardly any noise and you don't have to be aware because when you run out of water it turns off automatically. Very happy with the purchase.

Because of my budgies and also my asthma disease, I ordered this inexpensive humidifier with ultrasonic atomization. It is super quiet and I think you can tell after a short time that it becomes easier to breathe. My budgies also feel good and he doesn't wet anything because the air is atomized. The running time is also just over a day as stated and it doesn't interfere in the apartment either, as it looks great. It was a great investment for my health.

It works well, it contains a lot of water so it lasts all night. I haven't tried using it with oils so far. It makes a bit of noise but it's not annoying for me
